This has been an encouraging week for X2 Elite. It seems that recently, network participation and involvement by members has seen a significant upswing. Earlier this week we have seen a number of contributions submitted for the Weekly Bulletin, which has included Member News and a flurry of Member Holiday Notices. Furthermore, we have seen members turn to X2 Elite with notifications regarding emergency issues and significant news that members will likely appreciate.
As noted in our Weekly Bulletin, we have seen at least one number institute a new method of maintaining communications with partners, customers, and even potential customers through starting a newsletter. As some of you can tell, we are fans of the weekly and quarterly newsletter. It’s pleasing to see the developments of our members and witness the institution of new marketing tools and other developments to improve and grow their business.
Also, we have also seen a number of member holiday announcements coming in recently, this may be partly due to the time of year and the number of holidays that are concentrated about this time, but it is still good to see the membership contacting us and requesting items to be included in the Weekly Bulletin.
Lastly, the announcements covering the termination of AGX Taiwan and the notification to membership regarding communications outages at plane 2 sea, although unfortunate, are encouraging because both demonstrate the professionalism and a sense of responsibility to ensure that the membership is made aware of urgent and important matters.
As has been said previously, the increase in demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and sense of responsibility that has emerged within the network is encouraging and continues to strengthen the feeling that what we strive to do as a network is achievable. It certainly will be difficult at times, and maybe what we are driving to achieve will be too much for those members that have hearts that are too weak to work towards the goals that we have set for ourselves.
However, I see promise and I would like to see the member commitment and dedication to remain strong and also translate into participation with the Quarterly Newsletter.
As a final note, I would like to remind those reading this that the upcoming weekend will be a long weekend for the X2 Team due to a national holiday. Emails will be answered, however there may be a bit of delay. The X2 Team will be back in the office and returning to business as usual on Wednesday 11 April.
Our special networking event is about smart freight forwarders coming together to grow and develop business within the group by providing an opportunity for all members to gather in one place to form and extend personal relationships.
