Shiftco Shipping & Logistics India Pvt Ltd. and their Social Labor at a School
Our X2 Asia Global and recently joined X2 Projects network member, Shiftco Shipping & Logistics India Pvt Ltd., did a very good social work at a school in need in India.
Shiftco and the School's principal have known each other for a while and one day they casually discussed about the challenges the school has been facing recently. The School is being operated by the Government in a village around 150 km from Chennai, located in the South part of India and has currently 90 students enrolled. Shiftco really cared about making an impact in the kid's educational environment standards, so they decided to help on painting, doing some electric works and improving basic amenities for the building.
This is not the first time Shiftco supports on social work, they also did for floods which affected the south Indian state of Kerala in 2018, which was the worst flood in the region in nearly a century. They also supported in the Tamil Nadu Gaja severe cyclonic storm which affected the coastal districts of India.
As Shiftco Shipping & Logistics India Pvt Ltd. keeps on growing, they still want to push efforts on bracing the new generations. They believe that making small contributions in everyday life can have a big impact in the present and future of people's lives.
