His career spans three decades, marked by countless experiences and hard-earned wisdom. Throughout this time, He has been dedicated to delivering excellence in every role he has undertaken. In 2014, driven by a desire to create something unique, he joined forces with his two partners to establish 'Qualitair&Sea Turkey' as a franchise. From day one, they were committed to building a company rooted in strong growth, unwavering trust, and a positive reputation.
The two pillars that have always motivated him are achieving personal goals and uplifting others. Whether pursuing my dreams or helping others achieve theirs, he find deep fulfillment in both. He firmly believes that no target is unreachable if we dedicate ourselves to it wholeheartedly. Over the past decade, their journey has been filled with a myriad of emotions—failures, disappointments, exhaustion, successes, and self-achievements. But with every challenge, we’ve emerged stronger and more resilient.
In the early days, with a team of just five people, their greatest asset was their incredible team. They believed in each other, and that belief transformed them into a professional family. Today, their team has grown to nearly 60 members, and their growth shows no signs of slowing down. They’ve consistently accomplished what once seemed impossible.
Over the last ten years, they’ve diversified their services beyond merely moving cargo from point A to point B. Stagnation was never an option; instead, they embraced dynamic and creative thinking to meet the evolving needs of the market. This approach led them to invest in specialized areas such as Automotive Logistics, AOG, Ship Spares, Pharmaceutical, and Heavy Lift/Project cargo logistics. Each of these services is driven by experts who operate as specialized units within our organization.

We have been a member of X2 since 2014 and have attended six conferences. Richard and his passion for the network with his enthusiastic team have arranged all the conferences perfectly considering every single detail.
